- Verify all project Materials ordered
- Establish a delivery schedule per the project needs
- Work closely with the project team by attending to all daily and weekly project team meetings
- Facilitate material/equipment delivery and directly coordinate trucking/shipping
- Take pictures, watch offloading and check material integrity and overall condition
- Facilitate documentation between the Contractor materials and the project team
- Create a surplus material list when applicable
